Corby and Melissa Werth milk 200 cows with his parents and brother. Recently, they added a new freestall barn and manure lagoon. They raise all their own crops to feed their dairy cows.
Corby serves as president and as a delegate of his local milk cooperative. Corby also is a member of the co-op’s State Advisory and Resolutions Committees. In 2004, their co-op named the Werths Outstanding Dairy Cooperators for District 12.
The Werths take pride in the appearance of their farm and the open green space they provide for everyone in their community to enjoy.
I love my job everyday. My dad, mother and brother feel the same way. I get to work with my family every day producing a good product to feed the world.
