Steve and Becky Brock

Steve and Becky Brock own a 900-cow family dairy farm. Steve grew up milking cows on his mother and father’s farm and is passing his love of dairy farming onto his children. The crops grown on their land are fed to the cows that then produce nutrient-rich milk.

The couple is active in both the farming community and their local community. Recently, they hosted Breakfast on the Farm for more than 2,000 local residents. They are both active in their church, where Becky is the pianist. Steve and Becky play an active role in their children’s school. The Brock's have a daughter at Central Michigan University, a son at Michigan State University and a son who is a Junior at Stehenson High School.

The Brocks take pride in their environmental awareness and practice sustainable agriculture on their dairy.

I went away to college for four years at Michigan State. I had ‘caring for animals’ in my blood and that stays with you. I wake up every morning just totally loving what I do. I can’t imagine not doing it at any point in my life.
